Medical travel terms & conditions
Version 1 · updated October 25, 2026
1. Booking request. Booking a package sends a reservation request to AYAFLY. It becomes confirmed only after our medical coordinator has reviewed your photos and medical reports and you have received a written confirmation by email.
2. Medical assessment. The surgeon makes the final decision on the suitable procedure after examining you in person. If the surgeon decides a different procedure is needed, or that surgery is not safe for you, the price and plan may change or the booking may be cancelled without a procedure fee.
3. What the price includes. Package prices cover the procedure, the hospital stay shown on the package, airport pick-up, transfers between the hotel and the hospital, an interpreter on consultation and surgery days, and translation of your medical report. Flights, visas, accommodation, tours, extra nights and medicines after discharge are not included unless stated in your confirmation.
4. Health information. You must tell us about all illnesses, medicines, allergies, previous operations, pregnancy and smoking. Incomplete information can put your health at risk and may lead to cancellation on the day of surgery.
5. Risks and results. Every operation carries risks that the doctor will explain before you sign the hospital consent form. Results differ from person to person; before-and-after photos are examples, not a guarantee.
6. Recovery rules. You agree to follow the doctor's instructions, the recommended length of stay and the activity restrictions (no water sports, skiing, rafting or strenuous activity during the trip after surgery unless the doctor allows it).
7. Payment. Payment terms (deposit and balance) are stated in your confirmation email. Prices are shown in US dollars; amounts shown in other currencies are estimates.
8. Changes and cancellation. You can change your dates free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. Cancellations are handled according to the deposit terms stated in your confirmation.
9. Your data. You agree that AYAFLY may share your medical information with the hospital, the doctor and the interpreter only to organise your treatment.
10. AYAFLY's role. AYAFLY arranges your treatment trip and services; medical care is provided by licensed hospitals and doctors, who are responsible for the treatment itself.
